Damien Munsinger

Damien has been working on employment law cases for his entire career. Damien has litigated in state and federal court, argued before the Ninth Circuit, and led cases at every stage of litigation. Before founding Munsinger Law LLC, he worked with other employment law firms, served as an Honors Attorney at the Oregon Department of Justice and as Special Assistant to the Oregon Attorney General. This varied experience gives him an unusually clear view of how employers and their lawyers think, and how to advocate for employees.

Alexis Haskett-Wood

Alexis has been working to vindicate the rights of employees since she was in law school. Alexis has litigated in state and federal court, and thrives in the courtroom. Alexis has been with the firm since graduation, and has demonstrated a capability and poise that is extremely unusual for an attorney with her years of experience.
